Personal data

The site uses no tracker or audience measurement. Only the payment page sets cookies: Stripe’s, used to prevent card fraud (__stripe_mid, one year; __stripe_sid, thirty minutes), without which payment cannot be made. The fields on that page — address, card or IBAN — are served by Stripe: what you type there goes straight to it.

Data: When the trial opens: email, company name, billing address, chosen plan; the VAT number, if you add it later from your billing space. Card details stay with Stripe: Vist never receives them
Purpose: Opening your account, running the trial and the subscription, and sending account emails
Legal basis: Performance of the subscription contract you ask for (GDPR, article 6(1)(b))
Recipients: The publisher; Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland), payment provider; Scaleway SAS (France), which sends account emails (Transactional Email service); IONOS SARL, host, on a server in Frankfurt, in the European Union. No data is sold or transferred.
Retention: For the duration of the subscription, then as long as accounting rules require for invoices.
Technical logs: IP address kept in memory for one hour to limit abusive payment page openings, and server logs kept for one month at most.

You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted by writing to contact@vist.studio. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr/fr/plaintes).

Intellectual property

The texts, the Vist brand and the logo belong to the publisher. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
